Your Doctors are first rate. Your phone/communication system is the worst I've ever seen. 10 minutest to reach a central receptionist when you have 20 at various service cites all of whom use the same computer system and are very helpful and competent. You are completely negating the whole purpose of computerized automation and communication. "Your call is very important ...". But the receptionists -er - agents are too busy talking to each other. Anyone who visits the W. Springfield office or talks to a (completely powerless) "supervisor" can see the inefficiency that we are paying for.

I went to see Dr. Park so he could look at my injured elbow. He told me it was okay but that it could take a while to feel better. He proceeded to share a story of a time that he was hit with a paintball pellet and that it took years for that to feel better so it might take a while for my elbow to feel better. I had to ask for anti inflammatory medication. He was not impressive at all. I had very little confidence in his assessment so I went to another doctor. Don't do it, go to Hampshire Orthopedics and Sports Medicine if you want to feel good about your medical choices.

Incidentally, to address the other commenter: I tried PSSP in Greenfield prior to surgery for some rehab and they treated me much the way you describe -- very strict on time and arriving five minutes late meant you may not be seen at all. Here in Hatfield/Northampton, the staff have been nothing but accommodating and helpful.

My son suffered an injury on September 6th 2016 he has seen 7 specialist doctors and was referred to this clinic November 1st 2016 he was seen in the office on November 3,2016 we were sent home and told to wait for insurance approval on November 21st at 8:30 am I got a phone call asking if he got the MRI yet I said we were waiting for approval from the insurance company. The woman Ashley said let me check into it and call you back..At 3:30 I called back and found out not only did they forget to submit for approval but they also added a note under his name that he never checked out after his visit. My husband was with him and they had to turn in forms at the end of the visit so obviously the checked out. I called back a few more times and even spoke to the office manager Diane to voice my concerns. She said she would check into it..Now on November 30th I got a phone call that the insurance approval was denied and I said what does the insurance company want us to do she said 6 weeks of physical therapy. I explained the doctor doesn't want him to do that she thinks he has a compressed disc and she wanted to have the MRI as not to cause further damage. The woman said I didn't know that I wasn't in the room with the doctor. She said I will have the doctor write a letter and fax it over and we should have approval within 48 hours..So I called back on Monday December 5th to see if ti was approved yet and was told Ashley will have to call me back. Now two days later I call back again on the 7th and this morning and I am told it was just submitted for approval an hour ago. Thanks for the call back and being all over your patience best interest. My son has been incapacitated for 4 months and seen several doctors in the past 4 months and for some reason this doctor's office doesn't feel the need to rush or follow up on his care. I am very extremely disappointed with this office and the service and care or lack there of by this office here we are over a month later and we are still in the same boat..Please do not go here

I am working with Ann Walko and Lynette (last name?) to rehab my knee following my January 2010 ACL reconstruction surgery (hamstring graft).

Both practitioners are remarkable, but I find Ann is especially astute at diagnosing imbalanced muscle usage and providing useful exercises to create stability and reduce pain. I had six months of therapy with another provider and came out of that weak, full of pain, and with no clear idea how to help myself get stronger. I wish I had gone to Ann and Lynette first. I have learned so much about the mechanics of the knee, balance (I have moderate scoliosis, it affects everything), and where I need to build strength. I have followed the exercises to a tee and have made incredible progress in the 3 weeks I've been seeing them. I highly recommend this group to everyone.
