i am shocked by the two reviews i have just read so must say something.Dr Park was the first Dr i saw in a series of Doctors that actually LISTENED to me and believed my experience.. he ordered the necessary tests X-rays and MRI needed to get answers. he also referred me to a doctor in Boston when he believed that Dr could be of help. the staff at the desk have always be kind and helpful. Dr Park looks me in the eye and pays close attention to what i have to say. i am indebted to him for many reasons.
I'M IN PAIN AND LOSING FEELING IN MY FOOT! I think this is completely unreasonable.
THE DOCTOR CANCELED THE PROCEDURE, presumably because I checked-in at four minutes past the appointment time (BTW: the office personnel and I are in agreement on the time I checked in). I asked why the procedure was canceled and the reply was: "It is at the doctor's discretion."
I was scheduled for a procedure to test the amount of sciatic nerve damage from a disc herniation that was causing pain in my back and leg, and loss of feeling in my foot. Now, I'll be finding a new doctor that actually PROVIDES service.

The lenox office is very unprofessional. Confrontational and not even kind. Stated I was a no show for a procedure I didn't even agree to. Very rude . I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. Saw Dr. Park once , no eye contact, y
I warn you, if you choose to use these clowns: don't use the bathroom; don't run out to your car for your wallet; don't be in a wheelchair or on crutches--in fact, you better synchronize your watch to the doctor's because if you don't check in on the minute the doctor can cancel the appointment.
