I missed my bus to Springfield and called in hopes they could get me to the main hub before my connection left. They dispatched a driver, Shannon, who met me almost immediately, drove quickly and safely, and was excellent company. I made my connection with time to spare and left with a few new thoughts!
The trip was from Haydenville to Florence. A simple route. No more than ten minutes at most. I had been very clear with my stating of the directions. I had told the receptionist on the phone and the driver himself multiple times where I was going. The driver was an idiot. A nice idiot. He kept talking and talking and I was looking down at my phone so I didn't see that he had taken us the wrong way. I looked up and saw we were on a winding road in a forest and didn't ask at first because I thought he was taking a "short cut" as he had claimed to do sometimes. I didn't feel like questioning it. Then after what had seemed like a while, I looked at where we were on my phone and we were 30 minutes away from florence. I asked him where he was going and he said "wait! You don't know?" And I said of course not! We're in the woods! He was like "I'm so used to having people tell me what to do, I'm so sorry." Then he whipped around and floored it back to Haydenville at about 65mph on the small wooded road that we were on. We passed back through Haydenville And as we were going home the driver was so out of it that every time I would say "left" he would over think it as if he was trying to clarify what he heard and he would go right. I had to take over with the directions and spoon feed them to him because I didn't trust him at all. His excuse was "your fare seemed like a lot for this ride so I felt right that we were driving for so long." I was very mad at him. I finally got home by 1am after leaving at midnight. I would not recoment Cosmic Cab. Choose a different service.

I requested this company pick me up in Northampton and drive me to Hampshire orthopedic to get my knee looked at and the cost I was told was 9.50$. Once i got into the cab and was half way to my destination, they tell me it will be 3$ more because the building is over the Northampton/Hatfield boarder line. now if the building was mile past the boarder line, I could understand, but the building is the first over the boarder line. So out of principle, I told him to drop me off at the boarder line, And paid them exactly 9:50, and didn't leave a tip. Then hobbled to my knee appointment. I planned on paying the guy 15$ for the ride(that is including tip). I had 60$ in my pocket. The remainder was for whatever the extra cost would be to drive me to my job after my appointment in easthampton. Their business ethics are terrible. I highly recommend no one use this company.
