If it's an emergency, I guess they'll do, but be wary they're not very trustworthy.
I've used Rick's Auto twice now and I won't be going back. The work they do is done properly, the front desk customer service is good and repairs are done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the price for services rendered always seems too high. On my first visit I wanted them to diagnose a weird road noise coming from my right front end. They moved around the front fender well, which they said was rubbing against the tire (it wasn't). Essentially, they snapped the fender well back in place, but didn't even replace the broken screws. This five minute fix, which didn't fix the random noise, cost me $70. The fender well still pulls out of place easily by hand. On my second visit, to replace a burned out headlamp they charged $91 in labor. After consulting a dealer I found out the Toyota dealer only charges $20 labor for the same work.
Brought my 1968 Datsun roadster in for some brake work. I was on a time crunch to make a car show that weekend. Rick diagnosed the problem quickly, even texted me pictures, and got the car stopping again. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Thank you so much!
Terrible place. OVER PRICED. They do not care. An estimate there for an oil leak was 1200. Ernies downtown who I usually go to almost half that. Dont go here. Just for looking at the leak cost me 135 that is insane. Scam artists.
Overpriced. I keep getting junk mail from them. So I guess that's how they can afford all those dumb postcards.
It's probably worth looking to other repair shops first.
They'll also call you after you drop your car off stating they've found some other 'serious' problem, trying to sell you something you don't need.
As always, Rick's has met and exceeded my every expectation. The service on my car recently was tops ! It always is tops. They did an oil change, tire rotation, radiator flush, and adjust windshield wipers. Well, I thought my car was awesome before they got it but now it's awesomer (hehe, new word). I love my car and I trust them very much when doing any repairs or regular maintenance on it. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I am definitely a satisfied customer.
