I was in for an oil change recently when this Firestone was very busy. A woman came in without an appointment and was very rude to the employees on staff because they could not serve her immediately. She cursed at them and was generally belligerent. The employees maintained a calm, pleasant demeanor and offered her other time slots that might work, but she still left in an angry huff. I just wanted to applaud the employees' customer service in this instance--you can't please every customer, but they certainly tried.

Really bad service. No one helped me when I walked in. Quoted me outrageous price based on what other local shops quoted. Unfriendly staff. Very bad. Sad.
I had summer tires mounted here in April of 2017. My front driver's side tire was not sealed properly and went flat after two days; I had it resealed and remounted at a local repair shop. The first time I took the car on the highway after Firestone had mounted the tires, I noticed an abnormal vibration at speed. Recently, I had the car serviced (again, at a different shop) and asked them to check the balance of the tires. Two of the tires didn't even have weights! Suffice to say, the car rides much better now that the wheels are properly balanced.
