Typical car dealership, Caveat Emptor...

When test driving a car, any salesman is required to copy your driver's license. Fair enough. Usually they just scan it and hand it back. Not here. They take it, then tell you to go outside to wait while they bring the car around. By the time they get there, you've forgotten. That way you have to go back. It happened to me, and I'm told it happens often at this dealership.

I have yet to deal with the service team, but the sales team is amazing. If you go there, request to work with Ryan.

Avoid Lia altogether. The money you may save is not worth the torment you will go through.

- Deliver exactly as they tell you they are going to (and in my case even better then originally stated in several instances)

I just recently purchased my very first brand new car. I was extremely nervous from what I've heard about buying a car in general from friends and internet research. My experience with Lia was extremely straight forward and honest and made it obvious what the pricing was from the very beginning (no hassles!). I went through a consumer reports 'build and buy' program and was contacted directly from Joel from the internet sales team. Joel was honest in our calls about the promotions going on which would lower my already low quote significantly. Despite LIA being almost an hour's drive, I decided to go in based on the honestly I was met by with Joel. When I arrived that the dealership, my sales associate Ryan Rourke was very professional and clear on the pricing as well (and from my research and conversations at other dealerships and extremely good prices, especially given there was no bargaining!). My experience only got better when I met and worked with the financing team (Dave) who was able to match (and even give me a lower) interest rate then the one I had found at an outside lender. All in all I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND the team I worked with (Joel, Ryan & Dave) to anyone looking to buy a car and that wants a realistic price, honest salesmen and no stress around haggling.

I've had my car less than 4 months. Every time I've taken it in for something (4 times now), they manage to mess something up. This time, they got oil and grease all over the inside of my brand new car and managed to damage the interior plastic on my door.

It's true, this place is a rip-off. After having service there for my '01 Tacoma for a few years, I kept getting these exorbitant bills for service. then I tried Greenfield Toyota and the price dropped to nearly half. For Instance - recently my check engine light came on. I stopped by AutoZone for their basic diagnostic for free and it gave me some codes to work with. I went next door to Toyota and they said they would need to run their own diagnostic, which started at $99.99. I just made an appointment for Greenfield Toyota because they will do a full diagnostic for $81.00 Since it won't cost $19 in gas to get to Greenfield, I'll take my business there. Lia Toyota, you're a rip off!!!
