Extremely poor customer service on all ends. Was told something by one sales associate only to have it not true when it came time to cash in and was told it was bad communication on my end. I have called this place everyday for the last 5 days with an issue that arise after contract was signed only to have them tell me that they don't know the answer , they will call me back and then NEVER return the call. Typical crappy car sales man establishment comes to mind at this dealership. The sales floor manager was awfully rude and spoke in a degrading tone and manner. They take advantage of the customer, making promises they know they will never keep. If I could do it all over again, I would have walked out and never done business with them. Very dissatisfied with this whole corporation in particular.
They’re MUCH BETTER now! Some management changes and new staff - they’re great! Got the price I wanted, didn’t have to hagle too much and a pleasant experience all around!
they sell good quality cars, everybody is friendly there, you feel like your with family, I drove 2 hrs. to get there because of the deals they had, Trevor, Issi, and Justin are the people that helped me and they were fun to be around and I got a great deal, I would take the drive again to buy a car
First off when buying a new vehicle it's never as easy as walking in and out but the team here. Worked very hard and helped me get into a truck I'm extremely happy with. From the initial phone call to the financing they explained everything to me every step of the way. I'm am very pleased with them and would suggest or refer anyone to go see Audra and she'll get you set up.
To whom it may concern - I want to inform you of my recent experience with Lia Dodge in Northampton, MA. As a dealership, I am NOT impressed. I worked via email and phone for a few days prior to my scheduled arrival. I had a vehicle of which I was specifically speaking of in these conversations. Prior to my appointment I was told(I have the emails to prove it)a specific price for a monthly payment. I was also told what I would be given for my trade to reach the payment agreement, and I was told that everything was set. All I needed to do was come in, see the vehicle and everything would be good to go. I arrived for my appointment, had additional conversation about everything I was told(mind you - these in person conversations happened with the same people I spoke to earlier in the week), inspected the vehicle I was there to see and sat back down with the salesman. After making me wait about another half hour I was then told everything via phone conversations and the emails I had was not going to be honored. They were going to change absolutely EVERYTHING about the original deal. I will also mention that I passed up 2 other deals at 2 other dealerships for this. Stay away from this dealership. As a business owner I can tell you this is NOT how you work with customers. This dealership fills you with lies to get you into the door and then yanks the perceived truth out from underneath you. Not only did they lose my businesses' business but also the business of the person who was with me. Stay away. You're better off looking elsewhere.
