Easy appointment, well done work, and also important - they search the Ford data bases to come up with coupons to save me significant money. And they threw in a free car wash as well!
I always have had great experiences when purchasing/leasing my new cars from Ford of Northampton and with the service department as well! This is my second vehicle that I have leased, the first was a 2014 Ford Explorer which I leased brand new, and I traded it in just a few months ago for something a little smaller and sportier the 2016 Ford Escape.
