One of my favorite places in northHampton.
With an inspired and mainly locally-focused tap list, stellar bottle selection, and what I might call a farmhouse-wholesome and diverse menu of locally sourced ingredients, The Foundry is an absolute must for lovers of artisanal food and beverage.
Just quiet enough to be good for conversation but loud enough to not heat details of someone on the other side of the bar.
Service and staff are wonderful and they definitely treat their guests great.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and ownership is gracious, accessible, and supportive of their community. A perennial favorite!

Servers know their knowledge of the drinks they serve and will give you an accurate description of each beer or wine they have. They have a decent amount of draft lines of local craft beer as well as beer from around the world. Very friendly atmosphere
