This was the wirst moving experience I have ever had, If there was a zero stars, I would have put it. Very unprofessional, they broke our wooden bed frame, swore in front of the children, took an extremely long time, way longer than necessary, scratched our wooden floors and even left bulky furniture in the house claiming it was too hard to carry. Extremely disapointed with the work ethic... not professional at all!
ya then they went to leave and gave my kid the finger and pushed my cat.
Couldn't believe it! We were moving locally and we own our own B2B company (not related to moving). We knew asking for a certificate of insurance and any agreement paperwork was the right way to do business. The owner actually had the nerve to yell at me on the phone and say, "We don't do that here! If you want proof of insurance and an agreement GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!" and then hung up the phone! Needless to say we took our business elsewhere, but please, BE WARNED, this is a very questionable company and very unprofessional owner. I later found out that they have no accreditation with the BBB, but they still show the sticker on their truck. A complaint has been filed with the BBB as well.
i didnt pay my cable and caught a bad eye cold. my tires were low i felt used..
