This is the nicest place to stay. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very clean and cozy. I would stay here again and again. Very happy with our stay
Good location, excellent costumer service, very clean, big rooms, heated pool, but the internet conection was very bad. My laptop was connected for a few minutes and then an "IP address error" persisted for the rest of the night. So, if internet it's important while you are in this hotel, you should look for second choices.
the vending(just drink, no snacks) and ice area is on the top floor, and I'm handicapped...versus on every floor, the way it should be. the room is stuffy and uncomfortable. the bowling alley next door is loud with people in the parking area . if I had a choice, I would have left and found a better room. unfortunately no choice but to grin and bear it. good luck!!
I have stayed here several times with my family and we are always pleased with the consistently pleasant experience. The staff is always courteous and goes the extra mile. They have a heated indoor pool and a great hot breakfast with a waffle maker, eggs, bacon or sausage, cereal/yogurt/bagels/fruit, etc. They are right off I91 and have plenty of parking also.
1st time in this hotel and the area. We came for a wedding and the bride had a block of rooms. We came to check in and we were greeted by 2 friendly front desk staff. We were informed of an upgraded room at no cost to us to keep us with the wedding party. The room was clean, spacious, ac worked well. All the amenities of a suite with a nice kitchen area. Complimentary breakfast was great, and the morning front desk staff, so friendly. We would stay again if we are ever back to this area!
all no smoking rooms, says there are designated areas outside, no seating, and it's an ashtray in front of a room window, there isn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom, makes for a stinky morning :(
