My favorite cheap motel in the area! The staff is pleasant, and the location is nice and quiet. The sheets are clean and there are no bugs, and I find the rooms homey and comfortable, although they are obviously not going to be super "nice" for the money. When everyone else sometimes charges $200+, they are sub-$100, which is an absolute god-send. Downsides: Non-smoking rooms can still smell bad, so check the room out first if you are sensitive to smells. The baseboards and corners could also use a good vacuum. (Seriously it would take five minutes!) Don't look too closely at the details. Despite the cleanliness issues, the rooms I stayed in had a fridge and microwave and many other amenities you would expect from more expensive establishments.
My main love of it comes after many negative experiences with the chain hotels in the area which are utterly lacking charm, and have inflated prices whenever anything happens at umass.
Very nice motel and rooms with all facilities includes led tv, HBO, wifi, refrigerator etc.Good location and quite. Friendly and warm reception.
