I recently ordered flowers from MI to be sent to my 95 yr old mother in a nursing home. The woman who took my order 'misheard' how the card was to be signed - and put two totally erroneous names on it. (for my Mother, who is already confused, this made the gift meaningless). Of course she got my credit card information correct! Seems to me that orders by phone should be more carefully verified and read back. Will NOT use this florist again.
