Anytime I need a new phone I go to this store every time! The senior staff is very professional, from the moment I walk in the door they great me right away I never get that in any other store. They also had some very good deals when I purchased my phone, they had a free tablet promotion and a very good accessory deal!
My children and I went into Verizon wireless and were picking up something quickly. There were three staff members plus the owner who were very attentive when we walked in and asked what they could help with. It was so nice to walk into a business establishment and be offered help right away. Smiling faces, attentive and helpful is what you will find at Verizon wireless. I look forward to going back.

Generally very attentive and helpful. Owner made a promise they would wave the activation fee, but Verizon just sent me a preview of the bill and it contains the activation fee. I was also to,d they could rework my plan so that I could get a new phone and pay the same amount per month. Not true. This is not a Verizon store so they could not activate Wifi calling on my account (which I had before) nor did they even know that it needs to be activated. Again, they are not a Verizon store so I still had to go online to get a package to trade in my old phone. (If you go to a real Verizon store they take care of all this for you.). Generally speaking most of the workers are very personable and patient, but watch the promises of the owner and know that you cannot do everything in this store
