He walked down the aisle ignoring us and then proceeded to lock the bus doors after he got off and left a woman inside with an infant who was struggling to get off the bus during the break.
They did just what they're supposed to do! No complaints. In fact, I was impressed that they divided the VERY long pre-thanksgiving line into groups based on destination city and had separate busses for Hartford and Springfield. It was efficient and clear. I also left my suitcase on the first bus when we transferred, and luckily they took it off and put it in the office so I could retrieve it before I got on bus #2. Oops. Thanks Peter Pan. I also love that the coaches are all 11' 11" high.
Then on Friday August 25th from Springfield to NYC we had the same driver and he behaved the same way. Next time I give my money to Greyhound or a car rental company. Plus there were no functional outlets on the August 23rd journey. This bus is horrible.
Awesome service and comfortable bus ride! I would note though that if your taking a late bus you should plan for delays because buses will wait for other late buses for connecting lines.
Very Curious Drivers, they announce the upcoming destinations and are willing to be flexible on Transportation Options Too!! Also, their buses are always Neat and Tidy.
He was nasty as well, yelling at passengers to take their things off the seat, while in motion and while there were no more passengers to pick up. This was on Wednesday, August 23rd from NYC to Hartford.
The bus driver was on the obnoxious side, he did not inform the passengers that we had a 25 minute wait in between connections, and even ignored my friend when she tried to ask him how long of a break we had.
Cleanest bus station you are likely to ever see. Staff works to keep station clean although small and a bit beat up. Staff is friendly. Terminal is clean easy access to down town. Although limited Service.
