I called and told them I was moving. I was all out 3 full days before end of the month. They gave me a hard time about refunding my security deposit.
nothing special here. I received a less than 2 weeks notice of a rent hike .
If I do not get it quickly ; I mean this coming week(They refuse to refund same day you move out even though they re there and could easily just go check the small unit) I will post that here and cal BBB. go to Bensons in Hatfield 12 Elm St., no security, very polite easy in and out. And the price was $20 less for a larger unit.
Great storage facilities and reasonable prices and the management is really nice. 5 college area too so it is very convenient. Also there are residences around the area which helps provide some security, this storage isn't located in an isolated area so you will feel more secure in your use of these storage units.
