Sadly i'd like to say "Yeah I like Dominos they are great!" But I don't like people lying to me and i do not enjoy lying to people. We live in a world with a constantly evolving love of customer service. Dominos is not at that standard yet. Ordered a pan cheese pizza. It arrived and it was flat..like someone had sat on it flat. I called them and said this isn't right. The response I got "oh we will give you three dollars off the next time you call" Three dollars? You kidding me that isn't even enough to cover the cruddy Delivery charge. I one day end up in a situation decide to order dominos and suddenly they have "no record of this coupon and can not honor it. sorry" So If your looking for people who care about your experience don't order from them cause your stuck with what ever screw up happens.
Great staff, very organized and clean. Nice area close to gas stations, shopping... there is always parking for carrying out your food. Delivery is fast usually it takes less than what they tell you when placing your order.
AWFUL service! This store is constantly understaffed. We wait for our food for over an hour every time and the staff is super rude when we call to follow up. We have learned our lesson and will drive to other locations from now on. There is no reason why our food would take an hour and 15 minutes to get to us on a Sunday at midnight. And it arrived cold! DO NOT BOTHER!
Usually just do the online ordering and food has always been ready in a reasonable time and prepared well.
