I have never had such horrible service. The woman working there was extremely rude and really unhelpful. The work was slow and shoddy. I have never been treated so horribly by another human being in my entire life. If this were the only dry cleaner in western mass, and the next closest one was in new york, I would travel to new york before doing business with these people again.
She just took my wedding dress in and she handled it like it was a soiled diaper. And said "you are going to get married in THIS? I would think a woman would want to look like a princess on her special day." f you lady. You have no idea what our situation is or what that dress may mean to us.
I trust their opinion on cleaning.

Best clothing cleaners I have come across in all my 65 years . . . their establishment is impeccably clean and the owners (a husband and wife) are a joy to do business with.
I keep going back and regret it every time. She is just arrogant and dismissive. I wish there was a nice cleaners in town. I am certain that she finds a reason to turn away every one of my garments in hopes that I don't come back. Im so bummed. I have nowhere to go.
