Came to this store to sell an item and he took care of me. Quick, easy, and painless place to do business.
It should be no stars
I'm not impressed with this jeweler.
But I sensed he's greedy, and really didn't care about me as a person.
He's courteous, answers his phone, and responsive to inquiry. And, I get that he's in it for the money.
I have had many successful business transactions over many, many years with the Family Jewels of Northampton. I give them the highest recommendations.
He's in business and self employed.
Really should be NO stars!!
I was so flabbergasted by the owner's attitude! He looked at my jewelry for a few moments ...then he demanded to know if we were going to do business or not ! Then I was instantly accused of trying to get a free appraisal! This all in span of 10 minutes. My husband and I were freaked out, gathered our jewelry and hightailed it. If your ok with selling your stuff wham bam in 5 min or less, no discussion, no time to decide if you like the offer or not, then go for it. Not me.
