I have had a wildly bad experience with everyone but the doctor I met with here. The nurse who did the initial intake was incredibly rude, they scheduled me for the wrong type of appointment and then when I got there they couldn't even do the procedure I was assured would happen when I scheduled the appointment. Yet I still had to pay the copay to be belittled by one woman and then told I couldn't be helped by another. As a consolation my doctor assured me I would be called when the supplies they needed were back in stock, three weeks later and still no call. Today I called and was told they had come back in stock a while ago, but nobody deigned to call me. Literally one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a medical office.
