I am on my third mattress since July and they still can't deliver me a mattress and boxspring that match in size. It has been a nightmare. And to top it off to be lied to by the employee delivering it thst it fit, did he not think I would notice the dust ruffle tucked under the mattress and that the kind size sheets don't fit the king size mattress I PAID for. Ugh. Absolutely disappointed. Never ever again. I thought a local store would be better, I couldn't have been more wrong. And to add insult to injury, they charged me an additional fee to deliver their mistake. Save your money, frustration and sanity. STAY AWAY!
Fanciest furniture around. Sales staff is helpful, even if you're not sure if you're buying.
Bought a platform frame. Second night sleeping on it knew wasnt for me. Called to see what options to return was..nothing. They dont accept "out of the box returns". Does this store realize that NO where in ANY part of the sale was this mentioned? Furthermore do they realize that on bottom of receipt states "returns for store credit only". This wasnt a mattressI purchased but a frame. This is also a furniture store where returns are a potential thing. Not an all sales final thing. Good business practice is to work with your customer and to clarify your return policy or at least fix your receipts because its misleading. I would of gladly taken a store credit and bought a better frame. But this wasnt an option on the no return policy. You'd think that in a small community they would practice better business and customer relation skills. Never again would I even think to return to this place of business.
Sales person did not explain that everything you buy there is a special order and cannot be returned. We wanted to cancel a futon cover that had not come in yet, and they would not cancel it. We said we would dispute the c.c. charge. They said then they would not cover any warranty on the futon. Sales people were not understanding nor did they try to help us work something out. We will never shop there again!
Fair prices, better products, great service. Staff did a great job for fouton and frame for our son. Thanks.
