Went to ship some birthday gifts during a holiday period and was able to get the help I needed to get my cousins their gifts. Their scales are also very accurate and show little variance when compared to that of the USPS or FedEx.
This facility is horrible. Paid to have 6 incredibly important documents notarized. The notary did not stamp with their seal and therefore the documents were NOT valid. Had to fight for a refund and barely received an apology for a mistake that nearly cost me hundreds of dollars. Avoid at all cost for notary services. Use the town hall instead, it's half the price and they do the job right the first time!
I had stopped into UPS the other day to send a present to my niece who lives across the country. I was completely ill prepared in that I had no card, nothing to send it in and needless to say I was freaking out I wouldn't get it sent out in time. Luckily everyone in the store that day was extremely helpful in calming my nerves and reassured me that not only could they provide me everything I was lacking, but that my package would also be delivered in time. Excellent and friendly service, will definitely go back!
I went to the UPS to try and overnight a UBS drive with a mixtape gift package to a friend of mine wrapped specially. The customer service agent opened the outside box and attempted to unwrap my special package, asked me what's in the package, I answered them. They replied what's in the package, I replied, the agent attempted to open my package again. I felt very uncomfortable, grabbed my gift, and left. The agent was agressive and said in a raised voice "I guess you're not overnighting that package." I will never use UPS ever, ever, ever, again. After this post I an calling corporate!
Cheerful, efficient service. Excellent hours. We receive a high volume of mail and parcels here from many sources. We trust The UPS Store to handle our mail intelligently and keep it secure. Superior to a Post Office box.
