Inside the court room my name was pronounced incorrectly multiple times. One time while waiting for court at 2pm, court didn't start until 2:35 and there were only 3 people attending.
The lady was very rude, ya I was calling 5 minutes before they "open" but when court is scheduled for 830 I would assume they would answer the phones before then.
