Northampton location does a fantastic job with their customer service. I use this location for local car rental, and appreciate the friendly service every time I need a rental for business.
Customer service as far as pick up and check in goes was five-star, especially because the rep cleaned the inside of the car for me. Which is why this review is three-stars: the between-seats console was full of trash, and it was clear the inside of the car had not been cleaned at all. My last few experiences with Enterprise have been like that: excellent customer service and interiors of cars neglected.
I rented a car in Ireland, needed help at one point, and the agents at Enterprise were superb. They guided me and provided guidance. It was a great experience.
