Helpful staff, good at fixing up bikes, solving issues, and at keeping their promises about having a bike ready by the time they say.
Brought in my bike for a warranty repair and even though they didn't make a cent from it, the staff was very helpful and got my bike turned around really fast! Staff seems knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will be shopping here more.

Booked a bike rental overnight and it was ready and tested by the time doors opened at 9.30. Friendly and helpful staff got me on to the best trail within minutes. Huge difference compared to Valley Bike and Ski who could not have been less interested in my business.
Absolutely wonderful experience there. I worked with Adele over several weeks to decide what bike I wanted to buy. She was incredibly patient and clearly communicated a lot of information that I didn't know. Go there and ask for her, especially if you are not very knowledgeable about biking, haven't biked for a while, etc.!
