I never write google reviews but my experience here was great! Sarah did an absolutely amazing job with my hair and after 4 years and 2 different stylists, that's saying something. I finally have the cut I want and could not be happier.
I've been to Changes several times now, and I highly recommend them. Located in Northampton on Main Street, Changes provides friendly Salon services for both men and women. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they have a range of talented stylists at different levels to meet your needs. I have been pleased with my haircut every time, and it was nice to be able to trust my stylist with what is most definitely an unruly mess. As for the price, Changes offers competitive rates, at least as far as my personal experience has gone as a man and not asking for anything too complicated. Looking forward to my next visit.
The experience I get at Changes amazing. They are relaxed and accomidating. I love Cassie, she's always up for something new and knows what she's talking about. The environment is friendly and everyone there works together!

I can't say enough positive things about Sarrah and Changes. I get my hair cut, straightened, colored, eyebrows waxed, even my knuckles waxed, and as a trans customer I'm treated like any other witless, self-deprecating, pain in the ass, with kindness, professionalism, and all w/o so much as a wiff of condescension. After any visit I always leave feeling beautiful and positive about myself. But, I'm sad that way, lol. Park in Northampton Parking Garage for extreme convenience, first hour is free, always, and it's but 50 cents an hour there after. As far as costs go, whatever they are charging it's completely worth it to.
