Worst bank of America
This is a horrible bank. I recently moved my business banking to Bank Of America and have had nothing but the worst treatment imaginable since. The fees and red tape are endless. Customer support is worse than useless. Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, away from this den of usury and bureaucratic hassles.
Staff is always friendly, but there seems to only ever be 1 teller at a time, which means theres always a ridiculous line. It should not take over half an hour to get $50 worth of change
Anyway, 3 stars is the most I could ever give a company like BOA, but this location is otherwise fine.
The people at this branch are nice. Of course my general philosophy is that if it is practical for you, you ought use a credit union, not a bank. That being said, BOA is good for fast transactions with other BOA customers (which includes a lot of people).
Came here twice try and cash my check teller said her machine couldn't read my check but last time i was there the person infront of me cash there check and didnt have an account need better machines and tellers
