Incredible beef brisket with egg on a bagel! Delicious! They make real bagels (boiled and baked) unlike starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts and other coffee shops that get their bagels from a plastic bag. Love this place!
Used to go here a lot. Decent place with fast service. The toasted jalapeno bagel with asiago cheese and egg makes for a great combo
Excellent customer service and probably the best bagels I have ever consumed at an extremely affordable price. I frequent this place quite a bit when I need to grab a bite before work.
I usually eat here 3 times a week. Unfortunately I will never spend another dime in this place due to very poor managment. The manager nikki usually isn't the most pleasant person to talk to, very cold not to friendly. Just like most of the staff there not to friendly. But today she was more rude than usual. Even waved a spachuler in my face while I'm standing with my 4 year old child and told me to get out of her store because I was speaking to loudly on the phone. Very poor management she could have handled it much different. Especaially as a manager. She was completely out of line. I'll never be giving the northampton location another cent of my money. And I will continue to tell everyone I know how rude the staff is.
